This kit includes just the bungees without the Hobie pad eyes for those of you that already have them. The kit was specifically designed so that you no longer need to take everything off your kayak to put on the scupper cart. The carabiners are stainless steel and the bungees are marine grade. The kit includes 3 bungees, two for the cart and one with a stopper to feed the other bungees through the scuppers so that you don’t have to reach under the kayak very far and get all wet and sandy .
